Description

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Lean Six Sigma is a strategy for process improvement, using disciplined problem solving to eliminate waste, reduce variability and optimize outcomes. Green Belts are typically process managers/leaders who oversee a couple of projects each year in their specific area of their organization, while maintaining regular work duties.  Whatever function you have in working in a regulated environment, both efficiency and quality are essential to remain competitive in the Bioscience industry.
