Instructions:

When filling out the registration form, please type" N/A" in the "License" field.

If you wish to rooom with a specific person, please put their name in the "comments" field when registering.

All family members, spouses, and guests must be registered at the Guest Registration rate in order to receive a room that can accommodate additional guests. When registering guests, please include YOUR NAME and GUEST NAME in the notes section.

Regular registration ends February 15th, 2018. Any registrations made after that time will be at the "Late Registration" rate.

Written refund requests must be received on or before March 1, 2018. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from refund requests. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER March 1, 2018. Substitutions are allowed with advance notice. Refund and/or substitution requests must be received in writing by either email or fax. In the event of postponement or cancellation, a full registration refund will be given. The University of Florida is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees or any expense incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If the University of Florida cancels this event, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address. Failure to appear at the event will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee and credit.
