Refund Policy

Unless specified otherwise, request for refund must be received in writing 15 days prior to the beginning of the course or event. If the course is asynchronous, then request for refund must be received in writing within 10 days of beginning the course unless otherwise specified. Please see the course or event description for specific details. Refund requests can be sent by mail, e-mail or fax to the addresses or number indicated on this page. A processing fee may be deducted from refund requests. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course or event when circumstances warrant, including insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation or postponement, each registrant will be notified by telephone and/or by written notification and will be issued a full refund. The University of Florida is not responsible for any other related expenses.
