Refund / Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded minus a cancellation/administrative fee of $50.00 until April 19, 2019 with written notification to The University of Florida College of Medicine. Send an email cancellation notice to the UF CME Office at cme-mail@ufl.edu. No refunds will be made on or after April 20, 2019. The University of Florida College of Medicine and UT Health Department of Orthopedic Surgery reserve the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the full enrollment fee will be refunded. The University of Florida College of Medicine and UT Health Department of Orthopedic Surgery is not responsible for travel expenses incurred by participants if the course is cancelled. “No Shows” are not eligible for a refund.
Accommodations for Disabilities or Special Requests, Including Dietary
Please notify Paula Neal a minimum of ten working days prior to the conference so that adequate consideration may be given to your request. Special dietary restrictions should also be submitted in advance.
