Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation and refund requests can be submitted to the e-mail address indicated on this page.

Cancellation and refund request received via e-mail 30 days prior to the beginning of the event (by January 11, 2024) will receive a full refund minus the $50.00 processing fee.

Cancellation and refund request received via email 15 days prior to the beginning of the event (by January 25, 2024) will receive a 50% refund minus the $50.00 processing fee.

No refunds will be issued after January 26, 2024.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course or event when circumstances warrant, including insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation or postponement, each registrant will be notified by telephone and/or by written notification and will be issued a free refund. The University of Florida is not responsible for any other related expense and participants are responsible for cancelling hotel and travel reservations separately.
