Cancellation Fee Policy:

A cancellation processing fee of $20 will be deducted for all cancellation requests submitted before April 8th, 2024. After this date, a $35 cancellation fee will be deducted for all cancellation requests until June 5, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests after June 5, 2024. Substitutions are allowed with advance notice. In the event of postponement or cancellation by the University of Florida, a full registration refund will be given. The University of Florida is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such a cancellation. If the University of Florida cancels this event, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address. Refund and/or substitution requests must be received in writing by email or fax. Failure to appear for the event will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.

EFT/Bank Wire Fee Policy: If paying by bank wire, all bank and currency exchange fees will be paid by the sender (added to, not deducted from registration fees that are due at the time of payment).
