Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be received in writing 15 days prior to the beginning of the course or event. Refund requests can be sent by mail, e-mail or fax to the UF Continuing Medical Edutation office. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course or event when circumstances warrant, including insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation or postponement, each registrant will be notified by telephone and/or by written notification and will be issued a full refund of their registration fee. The University of Florida is not responsible for any other related expenses.
